Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Plymouth Meeting - East

This place was the pits. I stayed here from December 2024 - Februay 2025 while waiting to move into a new home. People roamed the halls all night. There was trash in the parking lot for long periods of time. They had no staff to clean the rooms due to call outs. Nevertheless less I paid a lot of money during my stay for little or no services. Over head & adjacent room were noisy as heck. Kids thumping & bumping all hours. I told the staff once. Another time I knocked on the door & spoke with occupants. It was far from the cleanest. There were a lot of displaced people & dogs staying there. The " new key card system" kept locking us out of our rooms, so we would have to go down to the front desk to reactivate them. The wi-fi kept going out because of our keys we deactivated. The staff was cordial & I guess they did the best they could do with the resources available to them. I had to locate another place to stay & left before my place was ready. And more. I will never stay at another ESA hotel.

The staff is very helpful and polite, The Manager is very nice and attentive to all my needs and concerns staff was very helpful and the rooms are very clean. A good experience.

The place is clean, the guests are friendly, the staff is polite, friendly and helpful. The person in charge, her name is Kim is a very dedicated person, she’s always polite, helpful and basically treated me like family.

Pretty awesome experience ! Atmosphere here was welcoming and the other residents are very friendly. Kim the GM was absolutely awesome to deal with! Super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend! All of the staff were also willing to help as well!

Literally I can’t complain. This is by far one of the cleanest hotels definitely in the area including all the expensive ones. Staff goes above, above and then beyond to make your stay comfortable. Ms. Kim the Manager is a blessing literally. So understanding and helpful in any way possible. I recommend this place to anyone. You cant and won’t beat it all around. And the pricing is very reasonable best prices in the area. This place feels like home!

We like the location, good crew attitude and was clean. Don’t like the breakfast was not even a continental and Bathroom needs some maintenances like paint walls. In general good place to sleep, I will return.
